Amanda Barelli

Amanda received her Bachelorโ€™s Degree from Seattle University in 2006 where she was on a collegiate athletic scholarship for cross-country and track. Amanda was part of the winning CrossFit Affiliate team at the CrossFit Games in 2009 and competed at CrossFit Games Regionals in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Cole Honeysett

Cole grew up in Washington State where he was exposed to a range of outdoor sports and athletic programs such as Basketball, Soccer, Golf, hiking, fishing, snowboarding, distance running, and had exposure to a plethora of other sports and physical fitness. Cole uses his knowledge of the body and movement to educate his training technique.

Liefia Ingalls

Liefia is a highly ranked Professional Strongwoman with accolades in Strongman, Mas Wrestling, and Powerlifting. She aims to help every athlete navigate their own unique path to optimal performance and wellness. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USAW Sports Performance Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, in addition to multiple CrossFit specialty endorsements.

Jereme Snyder

Jereme is very active in many sports and activities such as surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, wake boarding, hiking and golfing. After searching for years to elevate his fitness to the next level and trying many of the main stream exercise programs, he stumbled upon a CrossFit gym and was immediately intrigued. 

 

Chris Messina

Chris has been involved in competitive athletics most of his life but became passionate about both fitness and competition after ballooning up to almost 225 pounds following an accident while serving as a police officer in the City of Costa Mesa. He is a Category 1mountain bike racer. Deciding he needed yet another challenge, Chris took up Mixed Martial Arts in 2008 and that lead him to CrossFitHe is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach as well as a USA Powerlifting certified Club Coach.

Beth Roybal

When Beth was introduced to CrossFit in late 2011, she never realized it would be a life changing event. Beth competed in soccer at Ottawa University. Beth was twice chosen a member of the All-Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference team as a defender and was selected to the OU All-Decade team in 2012. She's also an avid outdoors woman who loves music and movies and has an uncanny ability to remember movie quotes

Dave Castellanos

Dave has been an active member of the fitness industry for over 10 years. He fell in love with group training in 2008 and got his first certification in Spinning, a format he still enjoys teaching. However, it was in 2011 when CrossFit changed his life. He is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Instructor, Spinning Certified Instructor and a certified Club Coach with USA Powerlifting.

Lauren Wolffinden LRSAC

Lauren Wolffinden

Lauren was born and raised in Southern California in a home where music, rhythm and dancing were a part of the regular routine. Yoga was a natural next step to dance practice and Lauren was a part of the first Teacher Training at Melt, receiving her 200 hour certification in October of 2014. Laurenโ€™s classes focus on alignment and breathing. Lauren is a RYT with Yoga Alliance.
