New to CrossFit? 

Getting started is as easy as 3-2-1-GO!

Option #3

Try our FREE Intro to CrossFit class on the first Saturday of each month at 8am. This is a 1-hour class where we explain what CrossFit is, show you a few movements, then take you through a WOD (Workout of the Day).

Option #2

Sign-up for our Foundations classes. If you’re new, you will need to build a foundation. In this two week program, you will learn the basic staples that make up our methodology—this includes Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and bodyweight movements. 

Option #1

Become a member! Our monthly memberships include unlimited classes. We suggest you come as regularly as possible, we recommend 3-4 times a week, so that you stay consistent in your training.
