LRSAC CrossFit classes focus on functional fitness that incorporates everyday movements with different load capacities and time requirements. You’ll be exposed to the best that the world of strength and conditioning has to offer – gymnastics, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, sprinting, etc…. No gimmicks, just proven methods for getting individuals strong, fast and fit.
If you’re new, you will need to build a foundation. In this two week program, you will learn the basic staples that make up our methodology—this includes Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and bodyweight movements. In each class, you'll learn 2-3 of the core movements as well as some of the quirky terminology. At the end of the class, you'll use these skills in a WOD (Workout of the Day).
You don't need to lift a lot of heavy weights to get fit. Our specially designed Bootcamp classes are designed as a full body, high-intensity workout, focusing on lighter weights and more exercises. This program is for individuals looking to be lean, strong and healthy for the long-haul. These workouts will have you working hard, getting fit, and having fun.
